DocuStore Document Archiving System can handle a very large volume of documents due to its very powerful image compression and very fast full text searches.  Full text searches can be performed on a very large number of documents in less than a second.

DocuStore comes in two versions: Standard and Enterprise. With standard version, an A4 sized scanned black and white page takes about 10KB to 20KB disk space. With Enterprise, the document size is typically 30% less than the standard edition size. Enterprise version shines when it comes to full color pages. A full colored A4 sized page, scanned at 300 DPI, takes 30KB to 70KB. A full TIME magazine can be stored in 3.5MB or so at 300 DPI resolution.

DocuStore can work with normal TWAIN scanners or ISIS scanner.  It can work with scanners with 1 page per minute speed, and can work equally well with high speed scanners with 90 ppm speed.

FastFax is an ideal solution for inter-branch fax communications of geographically dispersed organizations.

This software replaces your standard fax machine for inter-branch communications. It can send and receive faxes to other computers running the same software with more than 80% saving on telephone charges. It is capable of sending and receiving faxes to other fax machines.  It is NOT an internet based faxing solution.  It works on standard telephone lines or through your WAN setup.

A variation of FastFax is called DSAT - Document Scanning and Retrieval System.  In essence, it is FastFax for WAN plus security features so that only memeber of a department have access to the faxes that have been sent to that department.  Every single document that is sent by someone, is digitally signed by that person.   DSAT can run on X.25, TCP/IP or serial lines. 

BankTerm provides account information to your valuable customers.  This software is ideal for banks which want to provide account infomation to customers but do not want to allow them make on-line transactions due to security reasons. This software uploads transaction history of a particular group of accounts to the customer's computer in dBase or Microsoft Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 format.

UniSign is capable of storing very large amount of graphical data in very little disk space, making it very suitable for transmitting signatures over WAN lines. It automatically scans signature cards using any standard TWAIN compatible scanner and displays it on demand. Scanning a signature card is a matter of selecting account and pushing a single button. A signature can be automatically retrieved for text based banking software running on UNIX/LINUX/AS-400 or other servers that display their data using character based terminals. It can also be integrated with MS Windows based banking systems. Special effects like mirroring, negating and stamp removal are provided for viewing signature images. Signature data can be stored in royality free Paradox database engine (can handle files greater than 2 GB very efficiently, and signature cards are retrieved in less than a second), or RDBMS like Oracle.

UniSign can typically store Black and White signature cards in 3 to 5 KB, colored cards in 7 to 20 KB, and photograph quality card in 20 to 50 KB at its standard resolution of 85 DPI.

It has been installed at UBL Pakistan, UBL UAE, and Bolan Bank. New installations are to be performed in Habib Bank UAE and Askari Bank Pakistan in April/May 2002.
